So, we just got back from our first family vacation with Lucas! First off, we survived a long road trip to Colorado with a 1 year old and I have to say not only was he great, but I think he even had fun in the car! Let's just say Toy Story and the portable dvd player were our best friends! We went to Colorado with our friends and stayed in a beautful cabin. We fished, enjoyed th cooler temps (70 during the day and 50's at night!) and just had a great time as a family! Thanks to our dear friends for inviting us and thanks to my super amazing son for being so flexible with his schedule and adapting to being in the car for two back to back 8 hour drives!! I am so blessed by such a cool little dude!!
