A Time of Giving...

As part of our Christmas giving this year, some friends from our church along with ourselves will be donating unwrapped toys to The Children's Medical Center. As new moms, we have spent the last year so thankful for our healthy happy children and we know there are those out there who are not so lucky. The last thing we could ever imagine is having to be in a hospital with a child on Christmas or any other day of the year. We have set a goal to donate 100 toys to the hospital! I know many people are struggling right now and may not be able to help, all we ask is that you pray about it. There are many great toys under $10 and Wal Mart will price match any advertised price. If you don't have the time to get a toy, I can get them for you, or they will take gift cards as well. 60% of the children there are under the age of three, but they do have some teenagers there. If you have older kids of your own, this is a great opportunity to get them involved in giving to the less fortunate. We would like to have the gifts not later than December 19th, as we will be delivering them the week of Christmas. I will keep updates on my blog (pamelamilogradov.blogspot.com). Please pass this along to anyone who might want to help. I will pick up all gifts as long as you let me know in advance that you have some for me to get before the deadline! Or feel free to give them to me if I see you! I thank you in advance for all your help!

Acts 20:35
In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: " It is more blessed to give than to receive.
